I’m Tracey Murphy, most people just call me Coach T.

I work with two kinds of athletes:

  • Powerlifters who want to step on the platform confident, prepared, and ready to crush their total.

  • Everyday people who are tired of starting over every Monday, confused about nutrition, and ready for a simple, sustainable way to train and fuel their bodies.

Powerlifting is my world. I’m a national champion in the 82.5 kg class, I hold state and national records, and I’m also a national referee. But what fires me up most isn’t just chasing my own numbers, it’s showing up for my lifters. On comp day, I’m in your corner calling your attempts, keeping you locked in, and making sure you leave it all on the platform.

Outside of competition, I help people cut through the noise around training and nutrition. No fad diets. No “eat less, move more” nonsense. Just learning how to lift with confidence and fuel your body in a way that feels doable, digestible, and sustainable.

At KTS, it’s about more than just sets, reps, and macros, it’s about building strength, confidence, and a life where training fits you. Whether you’re chasing a bigger total or just want to feel good in your body again, I’ll give you the tools, the accountability, and yeah, the tough love when you need it.
